Our COVID-19 strategy for re-gathering for worship.
As we seek to move forward, we ask for your cooperation as we seek to best adhere to health and safety guidelines.
**Please read through the following guidelines before joining us for worship.**
-We will only meet in person when permitted to do so by Huron Perth Public Health guidelines.
-We can only seat 82 people or 20 households per service.  This includes the children and nursery attendants.
-Face masks and/or face coverings will be required; please see our guidelines here.
-We will continue to record and upload our service for those who are unable to or uncomfortable attending in person.
-Those who wish to attend are asked to RSVP by the Thursday prior (please see the contact form below).
-If we reach our maximum capacity of either 82 people or 20 households, then those who attempted to RSVP but were unable to fit will be given priority at the next service.
-If people show up on Sunday morning without having RSVPed (either visitors or members), they will be welcomed to join us if there is space and after they have signed in with their contact information.
-Our church sign will invite visitors to RSVP prior to attending via email.
-All attendees are asked to park in the sanctuary parking lot.
-All attendees will enter and exit via the sanctuary entrance.
-All attendees must maintain a social distance of at least 6 feet from members of other households at all times.
-Persons who have any symptoms of COVID-19 (coughing, fever, shortness of breath) will not be permitted to attend in person services.
-If you are unable to wear a face mask we ask you to refrain from singing.
-There will be one, single stall bathroom available for emergency use only.
-The nursery has resumed under COVID-19 protocols.  Please read this document before bringing your children to the nursery.
-Crayons and colouring pages will not be provided for children.  Parents and/or caregivers are welcomed to bring their own.
-There will be no coffee or fellowship time before or after the service.  Attendees will be asked to enter upon arrival and to leave immediately after the service.  Families are encouraged to arrange socially distant fellowship time at their home properties (within current COVID-19 guidelines).
-An offering basket/box will be positioned outside of the sanctuary on a table.  Offering envelopes will not be provided.  If you would like a tax receipt for a cash offering, then make sure it is in an envelope with your name, the date, and the amount given listed on it.
-Hand sanitizer stations will be provided at the entrance and exit.
-The service will be a “touchless” service, attendees are asked to refrain from touching any unnecessary surfaces
-Please bring your own bible as these will not be provided.
